I give high praise to Tanner and David Joseph for taking great care of me and providing the very best of personalized service. I had a dent, chipped paint and scratch in my GLE 450e. They connected with the right professionals and went above and beyond to address the issues. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach.

My 2021 Mercedes 350 GLE developed a cylinder head problem, and cost $5000 to repair. The car was out of warranty at that time. Subsequently, Mercedes agreed to reimburse owners for this Repair. Tanner Mahone, a service manager at Daytona Mercedes, was extremely helpful in providing all of the necessary paperwork to help me qualify for this refund. He then submitted everything to Mercedes headquarters, kept me informed of progress, informed me that I would receive a 100% rebate for the Repair, and mailed the check to my home to save me a trip into Daytona. He was just so pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. He did not charge me anything for his assistance. He demonstrated to me that he is a service manager, who truly cares about his customers. I would strongly recommend him for any service work at Daytona Mercedes.

Had a check engine light. They evaluated my CLK350. And texted with a service order for $4K in repairs for the check engine light plus some suggested items. They use an app that allowed me to pick what I wanted and got estimate to a more reasonable $1400 by text. Also the text asked me to pay by text. I replied I don’t pay by text and I would pay when I at the Mercedes dealer. They texted me the car was done and a link to arrange a courtesy ride. I replied and gave the dealer a date and time. I went outside my home the designated day and time. And I waited 45 minutes in 80 degree heat. So I called my service advisor. He told me and gave me the drivers cell number. I called and his phone was full and to try later. Disappointed. At noon I called Uber and their driver was 14 minutes. She arrived and got me to the cashier and I payed. Bottom line: Mercedes and Uber both have apps and processes that are automated. Ubers works. Mercedes not so much. Both companies people are courteous, nice and respectful. I can’t rate Mercedes higher than 3 out of 5. I rated my Uber driver a 5 out of 5. Thanks for reading.

I recently had an experience with Mercedes-Benz, and I was very impressed overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The quality of the vehicle truly speaks for itself — smooth performance, elegant design, and attention to detail both inside and out. You can really feel the craftsmanship and engineering that Mercedes-Benz is known for. What stood out the most to me was the customer service. The team made the experience seamless and enjoyable, which can sometimes be rare when purchasing a vehicle. They were transparent, respectful of my time, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right fit for me. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle and a stress-free buying experience.

Tanner is the best service manager I've ever worked with. Mercedes service isn't cheep and tanner makes you feel like your getting the best deal possible. We get both of our mercedes serviced with tanners great help and personality. ( Pay Tanner accordingly)
